Canine
Training Center,
the best place to learn
proper doggie etiquette.
A well-trained dog is a pleasure
to own. Walks are mutually enjoyed adventures, not tug o' wars. Guests are
politely greeted rather than jumped on. Barking is performed on command,
not spontaneously. Time spent together is a pleasure, not a chore.

your dog. You’ll learn how to motivate and praise him or her while

Michael:
I just wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU very much for all your help with Gracee. When we adopted Gracee a few months ago, we knew she was the perfect fit for our family and we had HIGH hopes for her. We looked forward to all the fun we would have with her and we looked forward to bringing her almost everywhere with us. UNTIL...we realized that she had "issues" with other dogs. These issues seemed extreme to us at the time and we were disappointed to think that we were never going to be able to take her anywhere with us again. We had already fallen in love with her so giving her back or getting rid of her was not an option.
I contacted a few places about training and signed up for, paid for and attended another training facility. However, it took one lesson for me to realize that was not what she needed. Then I called All Four Paws. The first person I spoke with was Kimberley and I immediately knew I was going to have a positive experience. Then I met with you. Our first consultation, Kimberley brought a dog into the room and Gracee behaved "badly" as usual. As soon as Kimberley left the room with the dog, you looked at me and said, "she wants to play." I, of course, argued with you and insisted you were wrong...it seemed to me that she wanted to hurt that dog. To make a long story short...you were right. You had no problem calling me to the mat on a few things I thought I was right about. I respect that. It was that attitude and experience that got me where I am today with Gracee. You taught me and my family how to teach Gracee. We started from the ground up...with the basics. You gave me the tools I needed to teach my dog better behavior. Even though our classes have ended, I am much better equipped to continue training Gracee and I am confident that she will overcome her fears that I can only suspect came from her former upbringing before we adopted her. Thanks to you and your training, I now have the confidence that we WILL have all the fun and enjoyment we thought we would have with Gracee. In retrospect, I am glad I chose to bring her to a person who was going to train us in IMPROVING our dog's behavior and not to someone who was going to teach us how to just deal with an "unruly" dog.
THANK YOU!!
